What is this group about?
A big part of our adult problems that we encounter in the relationships with people, life and
ourselves originate from the first years of our lives. Having arrived in this world open, loving,
alive and innocent we didn't receive the love, support and understanding that we needed.
In order not to feel the pain caused by this kind of treatment, we created layers of defenses,
having learned to betray our nature in order to survive, unconsciously identifying with those who were rejecting us.
These defenses come out in all areas of our life, replacing our essential
qualities and the true potential that we were born with.
In this group we learn to reconnect with the Inner Child, hear and recognize his or her needs
and feelings.
We'll be able to see clearly and understand how often identifying with the
messages of our parents, we betray and reject this part.
Detaching these parental programs from ourselves, we restore the relationship of true love,
understanding, and support, healing the wounds of the past and ceasing replaying them
unconsciously in our everyday lives.
When it happens, we get access to our true essential qualities – Love, Trust, Strength,
Beauty… we gain the ability to live these qualities, sharing them with the world and life.

An important theoretical part about how conditioning is formed and lives in us, how the unconscious works and how it affects our life, relationships, health and fulfillment.
A special structure for working with the "Inner Child" to support, heal and cover the basic needs of the child part.

Work in groups, in pairs and individually.

Who this group is for:
- This work is about ourselves and for ourselves, it is focused on self-healing. Only when we
understand ourselves, we really gain the ability to understand others. Only treating ourselves
with love, we gain the ability to love the other. Only having become aware of our own pain, we
get a chance not to hurt people who are close (and not so close) to us. Only healing ourselves,
we open the space for the healing of the dear ones. Only allowing ourselves to be, we allow life
in all its fullness. When we begin to become aware of ourselves, we get this opportunity. This is
a necessary condition. The work with the Inner Child is essential on the path of self-exploration
and healing because he or she is always alive inside of us (no matter whether we acknowledge
it or not). If we reject him or her, we reject ourselves.
• For all parents, future and current. For those who ask a question in my every Pulsation group:
"Now I understand how I mistreat my child…How can I help him or her? How can I become a
good parent?" Only having learnt to be a loving parent to yourself, you will naturally become a
loving parent to your child. You won't need any special books or clever advice to hear and
understand what your child feels, what support he or she needs. The contact with your Inner
Child will bring sensitivity, understanding and the capacity to be alive, real and loving with your
child. It's the best gift you can give to your child and yourself.
